Health Check

Overview

Digital IMS Cloud offers health check to assess the on-going ERP, EPM, and HCM Cloud Implementation, existing On- Premises Oracle EBS, Peoplesoft, JDE, Hyperion as well as non-Hyperion platform and recommend a path forward. Sometimes implementations slip away, and we can recommend course correction by engaging with you on a health check exercise. Depending on where you are in your cloud journey, we recommend a phased approach or a big bang approach to migrate to cloud. Our health check is a formal process that includes an actionable deliverable that outlines series of activities that should be performed to improve the current state.
